Orders will generally be dispatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. The Sports Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays encountered by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If you miss delivery you should arrange re-delivery directly with the courier. If items are returned undelivered to The Sports Studio, postage costs cannot be refunded. If the item is to be re-sent an additional postage charge will be made.

Please complete the returns form in your package and return with the goods. Subject to satisfactory inspection you shall receive a full refund via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed. We will not be able to refund postage costs for returned items.Any items with a manufacturers defect should be returned within 28 days.
